What are the dates of the meeting?

The conference starts on Monday, September 26.  The conference closes after the final symposium on Friday, September 30.

What is the best way to get conference updates?

The best way to get updates is to check the annual meeting site, keep an eye out for the bi-weekly emails sent about the annual meeting and download the mobile application once it is available! 

Am I allowed to record sessions or presentations at the conference?

Please be aware that the information and materials displayed and/or presented at all sessions of this meeting are the property of the American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI) (and/or the presenter) and cannot be photographed, copied, photocopied, transformed to electronic format, reproduced or distributed without the written permission of the American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI) (and/or the presenter). Is there a Cyber Café onsite?

Yes, Cyber café computers will be available onsite. Stations are limited to 15 minutes per person.
